How to Book Groups & Tours

To book a group visit or tour you need to tell us your preferred requirements.  We will then check our availability and will contact you to confirm or discuss alternatives.

You can do this by submitting your information  through our online forms or by printing the forms in our Tours & Groups Info Pack and faxing or posting them back to us, or by simply calling 020 7967 8002.

Alternativiely you can fill in the Booking form in the Tours & Groups Info Pack and fax it to 020 7967 8029 or post it to the address below.

Payment Details

Payment should be made in full upon arrival on the day of your visit.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘London Aquarium South Bank Ltd’. Credit card and cash payments are also accepted.

Please mark all correspondence to ‘FTO Group & Educational Bookings’ and include a contact name, the name of your group/organisation, contact telephone number and your booking reference number.
