Adoptions
- Adoptions are not exclusive and the same animal can be adopted by more than one adopter
- The number of people adopting the same animal is unlimited
- Please note that Adoptions are not ownerships
- Adoptions last for 12 months from the day the adoption is purchased
- Gift adoptions start on the date you chose for the E-mail notification to be sent
- Please allow 14 days for processing and delivery
- The London Aquarium decides which animals are available for adoption
- In the event that your chosen animal dies or is transferred to another Aquarium, we will transfer your adoption to another animal of your choice
- Prices may vary at the beginning of a new year
- The information sent in the adoption packs may vary from time to time
- Adopters can only access public areas in the Aquarium like general visitors
- If you lose your adoption card, please contact us
