- Some exhibits may be closed due to safety or technical reasons.
- Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
- You must keep hold of your ticket during your visit as proof of payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Aquarium.
- Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 years old.
- A child is aged between 3-14.
- Please check all opening and closing times before your visit. Opening times are subject to change without notice. See opening times
- Please be aware that every Thursday between 10am and 11am there will be a series of test alarms that will go off. Some visitors may find this disturbing and should plan around this.
- Visitors should read all signs and notices within the Aquarium.
- Talks and feeding times can be changed or cancelled at any time.
- Tours & Groups may be in the Aquarium during your visit.
- In the busy periods, you may have to queue at the entrance to help with visitor flow.
- In busy periods exhibits may be difficult to view due to obstructions.
- We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the Aquarium if we feel their behaviour is unacceptable. No refund will be given.
- The London Aquarium is a no smoking attraction.
- There is no eating or drinking in the Aquarium, apart from the pre-booked classroom.
- Visa, Master card and Switch are the accepted credit cards. Please note, we do not accept American Express.
- No refunds will be given.
