• Some exhibits may be closed due to safety or technical reasons.

• Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

• You must keep hold of your ticket during your visit as proof of payment.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Aquarium.

• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 years old.

• A child is aged between 3-14.

• Under 3’s go free.

• Please check all opening and closing times before your visit. Opening times are subject to change without notice. See opening times

• Please be aware that every Thursday between 10am and 11am there will be a series of test alarms that will go off. Some visitors may find this disturbing and should plan around this.
  

• Visitors should read all signs and notices within the Aquarium.

 

• Talks and feeding times can be changed or cancelled at any time.

• Tours & Groups may be in the Aquarium during your visit.

• In the busy periods, you may have to queue at the entrance to help with visitor flow.

• In busy periods exhibits may be difficult to view due to obstructions.

• We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the Aquarium if we feel their behaviour is unacceptable. No refund will be given.

• The London Aquarium is a no smoking attraction.

• There is no eating or drinking in the Aquarium, apart from the pre-booked classroom.

• Visa, Master card and Switch are the accepted credit cards. Please note, we do not accept American Express.

• No refunds will be given.
