Tours & Groups

• Group bookings are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to select an alternative date for your visit , if your chosen date in unavailable.
  

• We reserve the right to change prices and opening times without notice.

• Group discounts are available to parties with 10 or more people.

• Under 3’s go free and cannot be counted as one of the 10 in order to get a group discount.

• A classroom can be pre-booked to eat lunches in.

• Due to limited seating, the classroom may not be available to all groups.

• The maximum number of people in a tour is 20 and minimum is 10. Except registered disabled and carers groups, when there is a minimum of 5 people.

• For Standard groups of children aged 3-14 years, 1 adult is admitted free of charge for every 10 paying children aged 3-14 years. Additional teachers must pay normal adult rate.

• For Special groups aged 3-5 years, 1 teacher is admitted free of charge for every 5 paying children aged 3-5 years. Additional teachers must pay normal adult rate.

• For Special groups aged 6-14 years and for students, 1 teacher is admitted free of charge for every 10 paying children aged 6-14 years. Additional teachers must pay normal adult rate.

• Due to technical or safety reasons exhibits or activities may be closed or unavailable at any time.

• We have full wheelchair access.

• Care assistants must provide identification to receive a concessionary rate.

• We reserve the right to ask visitors or groups to leave the Aquarium if we feel one or more visitors behaviour is unacceptable. No refund will be given.

• Standard terms and conditions of entry apply to groups visits.
