Annual Membership
- London Aquarium can reject any application for annual membership, can change terms and conditions or terminate the product at any time.
- Annual membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please allow 5 days after purchase date for the pack to be sent.
- Gift Annual Memberships start on the date you chose for the E-mail notification to be sent and the pack will arrive 5 days after this date.
- If you choose to collect the pack yourself from the Aquarium, you can come in the following day after you order. This excludes weekends.
- Annual members can visit the Aquarium between normal opening hours, as listed on the website any day of the week before the last admission.
- Re-entry is permitted with an Annual membership card.
- The annual membership is only for the use of the person named on the card.
- If you are caught misusing the card, your membership will be terminated and no refund given.
- The Annual card discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The member must show his card, complete with photo on entry to the Aquarium to receive a ticket to pass through the turn styles.
- The card is only valid without a photo if you have bought the card at the Aquarium and want to use it. For all further visits, the holder must have a photo on the card.
- Admission will not be allowed without a valid pass.
- With an annual card you can use the fast track desk and jump the queue.
- The card is not valid if it is altered or defaced and the management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Please look after your card and keep it in a safe place. Please contact us if you lose your card.
- Annual memberships are not transferable.
- Due to technical or safety reasons exhibits or activities may be closed or unavailable at any time.
- We reserve the right to change prices and opening times without notice.
- Failure to follow our guidelines set out in the terms and conditions could lead to termination of the membership, without a refund.
- Once the membership has expired, your details will be kept in our database and used only by the London Aquarium.
