Birthday Tours & Parties
- We require a minimum of 10 children and 1 adult to go ahead with the tour.
- Once we have checked availability and received your deposit, we will confirm your booking.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your group session or tour.
- Please check in at the Fast Track desk. The Tour or party is booked under the Birthday child/children’s name.
- If you have booked the classroom, you can leave your belongings in there during your visit.
- Toilets and baby changing facilities are located on the same floor.
- If you are meeting your group in the classroom, please make sure they know where to go.
- It is not usually possible for staff to escort groups arriving late to the classroom.
- You can pay in advance, through our Tours & Groups department, or can pay on the day. A deposit may be required.
