If your group has specific needs or requirements we are able to tailor a tour to your needs. All tours must be booked in advance through contacting the Tours & Groups Department.  Tours are available 7 days a week (but please note times may be restricted during busy periods).  Please note that for groups booking a tour who have hard of hearing individuals in their party, tours can be provided in advance of the visit, in written format.

Tours are offered every day of the week throughout the year (except Christmas Day when the aquarium is closed or at occasions of unforeseen circumstances).  Times and availability can be provided on request.
