General Information

Open every day (except Christmas Day) 10:00 – 18:00hrs. Last admission 17:00 hrs. Holidays may have extended or reduced opening hours.

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is strongly advised for high-demand periods such as dates during April – July.

Please ensure your group is properly organised and supervised at all times and that they do not disturb other visitors by running or being too noisy. Please ensure you have an appropriate number of group leaders for the group.

Teachers or other educational group leaders intending to bring a group to London Aquarium may make a pre-visit free of charge. Please book in advance.

The London Aquarium reserves the right to ask any visitors to leave the building if the London Aquarium feels this is appropriate.

If you lose a member of your group, please either let any member of staff know or contact the information desk at the aquarium entrance.

During your visit, please use the stairs to allow less able visitors to use the lifts.

Toilets are located on every level. For groups, we recommend those on level –1 which are larger.

Please note that London Aquarium reserves the right to alter or cancel tours or lunchroom sessions if operational or other difficulties require us to do so.

In the event of an evacuation, there will be a public announcement to inform you. Please leave with your group by the nearest emergency exit. Staff will be on hand to aid the evacuation.

The London Aquarium is a strictly no eating and drinking area (with the exception of the classroom).
