Lunch in the Classroom

• Please do not eat or drink in the London Aquarium, except within the classroom.

• Please note that lunchroom sessions in the classroom are only available through pre-booking. This is free for 30mins for groups. Located on Level –1, at the end of the Freshwater Stream section.

• It is extremely important that you keep to the time booked in advance, since it is highly likely that there will be other groups booked before and after your booking.

• Please note that your group may not be the only one booked into the classroom at a particular time, you may have to share with members of another group. Therefore please sit your group together and be considerate to other groups.  

• Any bags which are not stored in the London Aquarium lunchroom (by prior arrangement), must be carried at all times. Do not leave bags unattended in the London Aquarium. If you find an unattended bag, do not touch it. Tell a member of the London Aquarium staff immediately. 

• London Aquarium is not responsible for personal items damaged, stolen or lost within the aquarium or surrounding area. This includes items stored in the London Aquarium classroom. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the classroom.

• The London Aquarium has a general no re-admittance policy; exceptions are made for visiting groups. Therefore your group may exit for lunch and then re-enter the aquarium, provided re-entry is done on the same day. If your group does leave the aquarium for lunch, please show your receipt to a member of the security staff at the entrance to be readmitted. Just for your information, Jubilee Gardens, next to the London Eye, is open to the public and is an alternative option for picnics.
